Yesterday was Good Friday and while I am not religious, I cannot but help enjoy and partake in the special dishes that Malta has to offer on this special day. Two years today

Today two years ago was our D-day – the day we met our son for the very first time. Ever since I could remember, I had decided that it made no sense for me to create a new human being when out there there were already so many who needed a warm, safe, loving family. Living with a chronic condition

So a few days have passed and I still wasn’t sure what I wanted to write about first. I really fought the temptation to do just what I’m about to do, that is write about living with a chronic condition.
